HRDP

The Hybrid Rat Diversity Panel (HRDP) was designed to be a powerful panel of inbred rats with genomic, physiological, and behavioral data to serve as a resource for systems genetics. The HRDP consists of 96–98 inbred rat strains aimed to maximize power to detect specific genetic loci associated with complex traits while maximizing the genetic diversity among strains.杂交大鼠多样性集合（Hybrid Rat Diversity Panel，HRDP）被打造为一套搭载基因组、生理及行为学数据的高性能近交大鼠品系集合，可作为系统遗传学研究的核心资源。该集合包含96至98个近交大鼠品系，其设计目标为在最大程度提升检测与复杂性状相关的特定遗传位点的统计效力的同时，最大化品系间的遗传多样性。
