Source Data for Tracing the stepwise Darwinian evolution of a plant halogenase

This repository contains all relevant source data associated with the publication "Tracing the Stepwise Darwinian Evolution of a Plant Halogenase." Source Data.zip includes QM/MM-optimized structural models, raw LC-MS data, comparative genomic analysis files, and all other primary data referenced in the study. Genome.zip contains the Menispermum canadense genome assembly and annotation files reported in the publication. It also includes sequence-corrected (locus-specific genomic DNA sequencing) coding sequences and protein sequences for DAH, DAHy-like, DAH-like, and FLS genes from the M. canadense genome.
