织带以各种纱线为原料制成狭幅状织物或管状织物。带织物品种繁多,广泛用于服饰、鞋材、箱包、工业、农业、军需、交通运输等各产业部门。现有织带用原料逐渐发展到锦纶、维纶、涤纶、丙纶、氨纶、粘胶等,形成机织、编结、针织三大类工艺技术,织物结构有平纹、斜纹、缎纹、提花、双层、多层、管状和联合组织。由于当前需求种类、型号复杂,通过人工判断客户需求再传达到生产线,所需要的环节非常复杂且损耗的时间成本巨大。 在行业内引进具备自动化生产线功能的IIOT平台系统,目的是通过在生产过程中的各种数据要素感知、采集和转化,实现需求和生产的精准对接,减少因信息不对称产生的产能浪费,最大化提升产能效率。本项数据分析通过采集生产过程的各种数据要素,运用数据计算分析IIOT平台是否真正实现了织带行业产能效率的提升。本项数据分析对整个织带行业的产业升级具有极高的参考价值,可以在全行业内进行推广。1.数据采集:通过物联网将IIOT平台系统在生产过程的各种数据要素感知采集。采集的主要数据要素有:实时时间(t1)、计划生产数(TM,条)、上个工单完工时间(t2,小时+分钟)、标准工时(SWH,条/分)、已完工数量(M,条)等。 2.数据计算:根据以下公式计算预计完工时间(T1)和实时核算完工时间(T2):T1 = TM / SWH + t2 ; T2 =(TM - M)/ SWH + t1。 3.数据分析:对T1和T2进行比较。若T2≤T1,则结果显示为“效率提升”,若T2>T1则分析结果显示为“效率降低”。该数据分析的最终结论是引进IIOT平台系统成功实现了产能效率提升。

Webbing refers to narrow-width fabrics or tubular fabrics made from various yarns as raw materials. Webbing products are diverse in variety and widely used in sectors including apparel, shoe materials, luggage, industry, agriculture, military supplies, transportation and other industrial fields. The raw materials for webbing have gradually developed to include polyamide (nylon), vinylon, polyester, polypropylene, spandex, viscose and others, forming three major production processes: weaving, braiding and knitting. The fabric structures include plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, jacquard, double-layer, multi-layer, tubular and combined structures. Due to the complexity of current demand types and models, the process of manually judging customer demands and then transmitting them to the production line involves extremely complex procedures and incurs significant time and cost losses. Introducing an IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) platform system with automated production line functions into the industry aims to achieve precise docking of demands and production through the perception, collection and transformation of various data elements in the production process, reduce production capacity waste caused by information asymmetry, and maximize production efficiency. This data analysis project collects various data elements in the production process and uses data calculation to analyze whether the IIOT platform has truly improved the production efficiency of the webbing industry. This data analysis has extremely high reference value for the industrial upgrading of the entire webbing industry and can be promoted across the whole industry. 1. Data Collection: Perceive and collect various data elements of the IIOT platform system during the production process via the Internet of Things. The main collected data elements include: real-time time (t1), planned production quantity (TM, unit: piece), completion time of the previous work order (t2, hour + minute), standard working hours (SWH, piece/minute), completed quantity (M, piece) and others. 2. Data Calculation: Calculate the estimated completion time (T1) and real-time calculated completion time (T2) according to the following formulas: T1 = TM / SWH + t2; T2 = (TM - M) / SWH + t1. 3. Data Analysis: Compare T1 and T2. If T2 ≤ T1, the result is displayed as "efficiency improvement"; if T2 > T1, the analysis result is displayed as "efficiency reduction". The final conclusion of this data analysis is that the introduction of the IIOT platform system has successfully achieved the improvement of production capacity efficiency.
