资源简介:
Dataset presents the results of biomass yield for Phaseolus vulgaris pot cultures watered with diluted trickling liquid from biotrickling filtration experiments with or without additional CO2 in air by means of introducting post-biofilter air to the plant culture.
The plants were cultured in a laboratory greenhouse chambers for the period of 1 month. The chambers were made of plexiglass and equipped with an artificial LED lighting, providing light of 720 lm during 16 h per day (10 W Aquael Leddy Slim LED). The concentrations of CO2 in the inlet and outlet gas streams to the chamber were about 482 ± 17 and 402 ± 7 ppm v/v, respectively. Biomass yield was expressed as the height of above-ground parts of plants. Pot culture experiments were run in three repetitions. Following results are presented:
Sample 1: pot culture watered with distilled water without additional CO2
Sample 2: pot culture watered with distilled water and trickling liquid (4:1 v/v) without additional CO2 (trickling liquid modified with silicone oil 1.5 % v/v)
Sample 3: pot culture watered with distilled water and trickling liquid (4:1 v/v) without additional CO2 (trickling liquid modified with SDS. 0.24 g/L)
Sample 4: pot culture watered with distilled water with additional CO2
Sample 5: pot culture watered with distilled water and trickling liquid (4:1 v/v) with additional CO2 (trickling liquid modified with silicone oil 1.5 % v/v)
Sample 6: pot culture watered with distilled water and trickling liquid (4:1 v/v) with additional CO2 (trickling liquid modified with SDS. 0.24 g/L)
The data were collected during investigations performed in the project "Simultaneous treatment and energetic valorization of waste air from biological processing of municipal waste in the Baltic Sea Region", DEC-9/2022/IDUB/II.2/Sc, Gdansk University of Technology, grant under the Scandium - "Excellence Initiative - Research University" program.
