This dataset contains the replication files and supplementary data for the manuscript "Vulnerability and Nitrate Transport in Tropical Coastal Aquifers: An Integrated Approach using Hydrogeochemistry, PCA, and Land Use". The repository includes the following files: Raw Laboratory Data (PDF): The original analytical laboratory report containing the physicochemical parameters and major ions data for the groundwater samples collected from the Barreiras Aquifer System (Bahia, Brazil). Tabulated versions of this data can be found in the Supplementary Material of the main article. Python Scripts (.txt): The source code utilized for the hydrogeochemical analysis and data visualization in the study. This includes the scripts used to generate the Piper diagrams, the USSL/Wilcox agricultural suitability plots, and the multipanel hydrogeochemical figures.
