Oryza sativa japonica Raw sequence reads

This project aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying heat stress tolerance in Oryza sativa (rice). We performed RNA-seq analysis on leaf tissues from rice plants exposed to heat conditions, along with phenotypic measurements of growth and physiological responses. The study provides insights into key genes and pathways involved in heat adaptation and offers potential targets for breeding heat-resistant rice varieties.
