Judgments as of 01.01.20020

The dataset contains the data of court decisions of all court stages made as of 01.01.20020 which have entered into force and which have been published in the Riigi Teataja. Among the solutions are the decisions made in civil, criminal, misdemeanour and administrative matters. The dataset can be downloaded in XML format.

The dataset of court decisions shall contain the following information:
Procedure No, type of case Date of registration of proceedings, type of proceedings, type of document No, type of document, sub-type of document, specification of sub-type of document, date of document, status of document, draftsman, court, college, ECLI No, type of claim of proceedings, sub-type of claim of proceedings, category of claim of proceedings, substantive classification of claim of proceedings, solution of claim of proceedings, specification of solution of claim of proceedings (valuation only possible in administrative cases), type of protest of appeal of proceedings (valuation only possible in misdemeanour case or criminal case)
