Synthetic molecular line observations of the first hydrostatic core from chemical calculations (RMHD)

Chemistry files for the magnetohydrodynamical models of Young et al. (2019). These are binary files and are readable with Splash: https://splash-viz.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ The files contain physical and chemistry data for snapshots of a collapsing protostellar core to stellar core formation. The SPH simulation was run with sphNG and the chemistry calculation was conducted as a post-process with Krome. Included are init_mfracs.dat (initial mass fractions of all species) and reactions_verbatim.dat (the reactions list).
