Emergent roles of infant gut microbes during the utilization of human milk oligosaccharides

This dataset contains raw RNA-seq reads generated to investigate the emergent roles of infant gut microbes during the utilization of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). Sequencing was performed on microbial communities or isolates grown under defined HMO conditions to characterize transcriptional responses associated with HMO metabolism. The deposited FASTQ files include biological replicates and corresponding controls, providing a resource for examining microbial gene expression, metabolic pathways, and community interactions linked to HMO utilization.
