Complete computational framework and results for the U(1)_{B-L} extended Scotogenic Dark Matter model with chi-Inflaton cosmological embedding. NEW in v10.0.0 - Phase 23: Independent Validation Package Benchmark A (single N1 for DM + leptogenesis + neutrino masses): FALSIFIED. The scotogenic seesaw fixes Yukawa couplings too small for CP asymmetry (gap: 3×10^7 at exact resonance via Pilaftsis-Underwood formula). Structural impossibility: same Y must be small (non-thermal DM), large (CP asymmetry), and fixed by neutrino mass. Benchmark B (task separation N1=DM, N2/N3=leptogenesis): VALIDATED (10/10 tests). Self-consistent parameter derivation: K=100, Y_N2=1.33e-6, lambda_5=9.23. All observables achieved: m_nu=0.05 eV, eta_B=6.12e-10, Omega_h2=0.12.
