Using Network Observations to Constrain CO and CO2 Emissions from an Oil Refinery in the San Francisco Bay Area

Data to accompany Patel el al. (2026). BEACON site information (beacon_site_info.csv) including site id and name, site location, and height above ground. BEACON 1-minute resolution CO2 (beacon_co2_ppm.csv) and CO (beacon_co_ppm.csv) concentrations, in ppm, at the sites listed in the site information document. HRRRv4 wind speed and direction (HRRR_winds.nc), cloud cover (HRRR_cloudcover.nc), and planetary boundary layer height (HRRR_PBLH.nc) for HRRR pixels over Richmond, CA. Measured CO2 and CO plume enhancements above the baseline and the associated uncertainties (CO2andCO_plume_enhancements.csv), and calculated CO2 emission rates from plume events (emission_rates.csv).
