SNP arrays in colorectal adenocarcinoma cell lines Overall design: We analyzed, by last-generation high-resolution SNP-array, Caco2, HCT-116 and HT-29 colorectal adenocarcinoma cell lines in order to determine the number of copy number abnormalities (CNAs) and copy neutral-loss of heterozygosity (CN-LOH) regions. CACO-2 and HT-29 cell lines showed a strong aneuploid karyotype; HCT-116 cell line is characterized by a near diploid karyotype.
