This dataset is a sampled subset of the original WebQuestions dataset, prepared for the final project of the Modern Information Retrieval course at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) for the year 2025. It includes questions, answers, and pre-retrieved positive and hard-negative context passages for open-domain question answering and retrieval-augmented generation tasks. The test set contains questions and their corresponding ground-truth answers.
