This dataset contains the numerical source data underlying the main and supplementary figures in the manuscript entitled “Comparative mammalian models reveal host-dependent influenza C virus tropism and pathogenicity”. The deposited files include individual-level animal body-weight measurements, tissue viral RNA loads, viral RNA shedding data, haemagglutination-inhibition antibody titres, histopathological scores and host gene-expression measurements. README and Overview worksheets describe the data organization, units and data-processing procedures. Individual-animal or independent-replicate values are provided wherever applicable.
