To explore the possible role of Nsd2 in pancreatic carcinogenesis in vivo, the gene expression profile of pancreas tissue from PKNO(Pdx-Cre;LSL-KrasG12D;Nsd2oe/+) and littermate PK(Pdx-Cre;LSL-KrasG12D) mice (8 weeks old) was examined by RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq).
