Transcriptomic data of Aeromonas hydrophila 201416 isolated from Scatophagus argus under different salinity exposures

Analysis of Ah201416 cells harvested after being cultured in an LB medium with different salinity levels (0, 10, and 20 g/L of NaCl concentration) for 18 h.The results provided insights into the molecular basis of the enhanced virulence of Ah201416 in response to salinity elevation.
