Maple syrup sales volume in Québec 2011-2020

It was estimated that the sales volume of maple syrup reached around 144 million pounds in Québec in 2020, a figure which has increased by over 110 percent since 2011. Québec is the home of maple syrup production in Canada, where over 13 million gallons were produced in 2020.
