Sequencing data of the upstream (US) and downstream (DS) in the pJET-1877US, pJET-1877DS constructs produced during the generation of the ∆<i>rv</i>1877 M.tb mutant

These are the sequencing data obtained for both the upstream (US) and downstream (DS) regions of rv1877, that were cloned in the pJET subcloning vector.The last 4 files, are the in silico designed pJET constructs file (that can be used as template for the alignments), with 2 orientations, since inserts could face either direction because fragments were introduced through a blunt end ligation.Since many primers were used for the sequencing, to cover the entire region of interest, there are many data files per region sequenced. However, to recognize the data files, the US files all have, ''US'' in the name, while the DS all have ''DS'' in their name (+ the specific name of the primer used to sequence)
