Positioning of water sampling points in the natural environment for the manufacture of artificial crop snow These samples can be taken from the soil (neap or karst circulation), at the emergence of a spring, or in the surface water network (river or water body). For the sake of homogeneity, the same type of medium is used for all samples.

The table was created in order to have a better knowledge of the pressures exerted by snow production on water resources and on drinking water supply, and to assist in the exercise of the water police.
