This dataset supports the manuscript “Quantifying Particulate Organic Carbon Export in an Alpine Permafrost Basin: Evidence from Intensive Field Observations and Experiments”. The dataset contains processed field observations, hillslope rainfall-runoff experimental data, geochemical tracer data, model calibration and validation results, and reconstructed particulate organic carbon (POC) export data for the Fenghuoshan (FHS) watershed in the central Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The uploaded data include weekly aggregated stream monitoring records from 2023 to 2025, rainfall-runoff experiment results from alpine meadow and alpine steppe plots, suspended sediment and POC measurements, C/N and stable isotope indicators, observed and simulated POC fluxes at watershed monitoring stations, and annual and seasonal reconstructed POC export from 1990 to 2025. These data were used to quantify hillslope POC mobilization, stream POC export, seasonal source variation, model calibration and validation, and long-term changes in POC export under the RUSLE-APT framework. The original daily permafrost, meteorological, and runoff monitoring data from the Fenghuoshan region are not publicly released due to national data-management requirements. Processed weekly data sufficient to reproduce the main analyses and figures are provided in this dataset. Additional raw monitoring data may be made available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request and subject to applicable data-use requirements.
