RNA-seq of the liver tissue from female F1 generation with parternal exposure to arsenic in drinking water

We treated C56BL/6 male mice with 0.25 ppm iAs in drinking water before breeding with untreated females. GTT and other metabolic assaies were done on F1 offsprings. iAsF1-F showed significantly impared glucose intolerance than conF1-F. RNA-seq was thus applied to the liver samples of F1 generation to explore potential mechanism. Compare the differences in transcriptome profiles between the liver sample from iAsF1-F and conF1-F.
