Recently, a new family of compounds A2R3Sb3O14 (A = Mn, Mg, Zn, Co; R = rare-earth ions) has been discovered.when the non-magnetic rare-earth ions (R = La3+, Y3+, Lu3+) occupy the R site, the magnetic A ion (A = Mn, Co) forms either a rhombohedral pyrochlore for R = La, Pr, Nd, and Lu or a cubic pyrochlore for R = Y. Among the series compounds, the rhombohedral pyrochlore Mn2Lu3Sb3O14 harbors exotic magnetic properties, featuring the absence of long-range magnetic order down to 30 mK with a substantial internal magnetic field and the intriguing nature of magnetic correlations. Therefore, Mn2Lu3Sb3O14 is an extremely rare system in that Mn2+ (S = 5/2) having large magnetic moments evade long-range order, deserving in-depth studies to elucidate whether this compound features a 3D spin liquid,
