Career adaptability, employability and personality relationship

The data consist of the variables career adaptability, employability, and personality. The research hypotheses are (1) career adaptability and employability are positively related, (2) personality moderates the relationship between career adaptability and employability. Career adaptability has four sub-dimensions, which are not included in the analysis.
