RNA-seq technology was used to sequence and analyze the transcriptome of Sphaeropteris lepifera under 5-azac treatment, so as to obtain the gene differential expression profile of Sphaeropteris lepifera gametophyte under 5-azac treatment, study the response mechanism of Sphaeropteris lepifera gametophyte under 5-azac treatment and enrich the transcriptome data of Sphaeropteris lepifera.The transcriptome data can also be used as a supplement to the genome sequence of pteridophytes.
