Transcriptome analysis of functions of Ferric uptake regulator proteins in Ralstonia pseudosolanacerum strain OE1-1

Transcriptome analysis was performed to understand the functions of Ferric uptake regulator proteins in Ralstonia pseudosolanacerum strain OE1-1. Deletion mutant strain of Ferric uptake regulator genes were provided and analyzed with different iron-conditions.
