Health Insurance (S2701) Each scored category represents 20% of the total population of the City of Dallas. A score of 5 represents that the percentage of people without health insurance is between 32.3% and 66.2%. A score of 4 represents that the percentage of people without health insurance is between 25.1% and 32.2%. A score of 3 represents that the percentage of people without health insurance is between 15.3% and 25%. A score of 2 represents that the percentage of people without health insurance is between 7% and 15.2%. A score of 1 represents that the percentage of people without health insurance is between 0% and 7%.
