TAMs of tumor-bearing mice were isolated via FACS, and RNA was extracted and sequencing was performed at Genergy Co., Ltd. Overall design: TAMs from mice bearing orthotopic HCC were next sorted for RNA-seq to detect if the anti-tumor cytokines or molecules were increased upon miR-144 or miR-451a overexpression in HCC cells. For Functional analysis of the cluster further indicated that pathways of immune system process and inflammatory response were altered remarkably when miR-144 or miR-451a was overexpressed
