The Reef Guidance System dataset consists of high-resolution images of the seafloor in the Great Barrier Reef, Australia, used for training and evaluation of models. The images were collected by the Australian Institute of Marine Science using the ReefScan™ Transom Marine Monitoring System. The dataset includes multiple subsets such as Deployment Sequences, Weak Labels, and Patches to support weakly supervised and semi-supervised learning.
