Raw sequence reads of human intestinal tissue

Crohn's disease is a progressive enteric condition of inflammatory and fibrotic lesions thought to arise from defective interactions of immune cells, intestinal microbes, and intervening mucosal barriers. To probe barrier defects in Crohn's, we performed clonogenic analyses of intestinal stem cells from endoscopic biopsies of more than 40 pediatric and adult cases.
