Exercise and physical activity in endometriosis research: derived data and code (bibliometric study, version 3)

Derived data, classifications and analysis code for a bibliometric study of exercise and physical activity in endometriosis research (Scopus, 2000-2026). Bibliographic records from Scopus and Web of Science are not redistributed because of database licences. The deposit contains the human coding of the 100-document core (two independent blinded coders), language-model codings used as an additional check, thesaurus variants and cluster sensitivity analysis, PubMed counts and review lists, distinct-trial grouping, a pertinence screening of 400 records by two language models, and the Python and R scripts used.
