Osteoblast-Endothelial Transition Contributes to Glucocorticoid-Induced Bone Loss

To investigate the transition of osteoblast to endothelial-like cell in glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of dexamethasone treated vs control. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for dexamethasone treated vs control with three biological replicates included in each group.
