资源简介:
The SNADF process can be successfully run in a single stage reactor, and the total nitrogen removal rate can be stable at 92.8% under the condition of DO concentration of 0.4-0.6mg/L. However, previous studies have shown that the activity and reproductive metabolism of nitrogen removal bacteria such as ammonia oxidizing bacteria, denitrifying bacteria, and AnAOB will decrease within a certain range with the decrease of temperature. Therefore, it is inferred that the denitrification effect of SNADF process may be affected to some extent as the temperature decreases. As the temperature decreases, it is also worth exploring the changes in nitrogen removal related bacterial communities in the SNADF process. Therefore, the aim of this experiment is to explore the nitrogen removal efficiency and the changing patterns of microbial community interactions of the SNADF process under gradually decreasing temperature conditions.
