<b>Antioxidant and neuroprotective effects of c</b><b>hondroitin sulphate and glucosamine sulphate in sciatic nerve ligated </b><b><i>Wistar</i></b><b> rats</b>

This research is focused on the antioxidant and neuroprotective capacity of glucosamine sulphate combined with chondroitin sulphate in induced neuropathy in male Wistar rats. The outcome of this study showed that the combination of chondroitin sulphate and glucosamine sulphate resulted in a synergistic mitigation of pain by reducing pain markers in the dorsal root ganglia.
