Fungal Metagenomes of Ikogosi Warmsprings

Ikogosi warm spring is one of the beauties of nature, located in Ikogosi-Ekiti, Nigeria. Several microbiological analyses have been studied from this unique spring, including conventional and metagenomic approaches in unraveling the bacterial community of the spring. In this study, targeted metagenomics (ITS) analysis was employed for harnessing the fungal community and structure in Ikogosi warm spring at different season of the year.
