Tamipami: Software for determining the PAM and TAM sites of new CRISPR/Cas and TnpB nucleases

Tamipami is software for identifying the PAM and TAM sites of new CRISPR/Cas and TnpB nucleases. It analyzes paired-end sequencing data from High Throughput PAM Determination Assay Libraries described in the article Scalable characterization of the PAM requirements of CRISPR-Cas enzymes using HT-PAMDA. This bioproject contains sequencing data of these synthetic libraries cleaved by different nucleases and their uncleaved control libraries. These data were used to validate the software on Cas and TnpB nucleases.
