Age, gender, HIV-1 subtype, years since diagnosis, WHO stage, CD4 count, treatment regimen(s), treatment duration, optimal regimen and success probability predicted by EuResist prediction engine, genotypic sensitivity scores and HIV-1 drug resistance mutations are shown for 1st line ART failure subjects, 2nd line ART failure subjects and treatment naïve subjects.
