To explore the transcriptional regulations in pip5k1 pip5k2 mutant and wild type plants before or after inoculation with powdery mildew Erysiphe cichoracearum Overall design: Total RNA were extracted from wild type and pip5k1 pip5k2 mutant leaves before or after inoculation with Erysiphe cichoracearum at 2, 5 and 7 dpi. 3 biological replicates per time point for each line.
