This is a copy of PrecisionAnalyser containing data for 3 reconstructions of a set of scans of the red fox femorotibial joint.It demonstrates how the workbook extracts the DICOM header information, finds the axis vectors, and then calculates the alignment variability for each axis.Examples of how to find the error ellipse for each axis (x,y,z) are shown on separate sheets in this workbook.Numerical data from these sheets could be used to compare reconstruction criteria, or to estimate the effect on Measurements with the help of CTReconSim.
