To investigate the potential effect of lactate in Alzheimer disease (AD) therapy, we established a transgenic Alzheimer disease mouse model, and analyse the transcriptome regulation induced by lactate compared to vehicle treatment in AD mice. In parallel, the lactate induced transcriptome regulaltion also were analyzed in wild type mice compared to vehicle treatment. Comparative gene expression profiling in mice brain RNA-seq data between wild type (WT) and AD mice in condition of lacate (Lac) or vehicle (V) treatment. Each condition in each phenotype mice included 3 male (M) and 3 femlae (F). Thus, the samples consists of total 8 groups with triplicates in each group, e.g. group "AD_Lac_F, rep 1" represents the AD mice by lactate treatment in female, replicate 1.
