This dataset contains processed GRO-seq data (tagDirectories and UCSC genome browser format bedgraph files created with software Homer) that represent aligned counts to the mm9 mouse genome. Murine microglial BV2 cells were maintained with DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS (Hyclone) and penicillin/streptomycin. Cells were collected 1 h after Kdo2 Lipid A (KLA) treatment.
