Data, process documentation and plotting routines for figures in "Advancing Artificial Neural Network Parameterisation for Atmospheric Turbulence using a Variational Multiscale Model"

This publication contains the data, process overview, analysis code and plotting routines that underpin the manuscript "Advancing Artificial Neural Network Parameterisation for Atmospheric Turbulence using a Variational Multiscale Model", submitted to the Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems. The data is organised in two sub-directories: One for the Python scripts that make up the process pipeline of the study, and one for reconstructing the figures in the manuscript, with each folder containing the Python code and uncompressed simulation output data required to reproduce each figure.
