This study developed an integrated clinical and genomic dataset for multi-class disease prediction. The dataset comprises clinical data (ClinVar) and gene expression data, covering 75 distinct disease categories. During the dataset's development, data was obtained from public databases in XML format and integrated via a meta-dimensional approach. This dataset is primarily applied in the field of precision medicine, with the objective of enhancing the accuracy of disease diagnosis and facilitating the implementation of personalized healthcare by combining clinical and genomic information.
