一、統計範圍及對象：凡本市依兒童及少年保護通報與分級分類處理及調查辦法第6條，分類為第1類事件之新舊案件均為統計對象。 二、統計標準時間：第1季以1至3月、第2季以4至6月、第3季以7至9月、第4季以10至12月之事實為準。 三、分類標準： (一)調查及開案人數：按調查處理人數、開案人數、在案中人數等分類。 (二)個案死亡人數及原因：按遭父母(監護人、照顧者)虐待死亡、遭父母(監護人、照顧者)嚴重疏忽死亡、父母(監護人、照顧者)殺害兒少後自殺、在社工處遇期間因生病或意外死亡、其他等分類。 (三)保護處理安置：按個案仍住家中、72小時緊急安置、繼續安置、其他安置情形等分類。 四、詳細資料及描述，請參照「臺中市公務統計網資訊網-各機關公務統計方案查詢」。1. Statistical Scope and Targets: All old and new cases classified as Category 1 incidents in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulations on Reporting, Classified Handling and Investigation of Child and Youth Protection in Taichung City are included as statistical subjects. 2. Statistical Standard Time Frame: Quarter 1 shall be based on the period from January to March, Quarter 2 from April to June, Quarter 3 from July to September, and Quarter 4 from October to December. 3. Classification Standards: (1) Number of Investigated and Opened Cases: Classified by the number of investigated and handled cases, number of opened cases, and number of ongoing cases. (2) Number of Individual Fatal Cases and Their Causes: Classified into deaths due to abuse by parents (guardians, caregivers), deaths due to severe neglect by parents (guardians, caregivers), suicides committed by parents (guardians, caregivers) immediately after killing children and youth, deaths due to illness or accidents during social work intervention, and other categories. (3) Protection Handling and Placement: Classified by cases still residing at their homes, 72-hour emergency placement, ongoing placement, and other placement scenarios. 4.
