This study generated RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data to characterize the transcriptomic consequences of PARylator knockdown in human esophageal squamous carcinoma TE13 cells. Control and PARylator-depleted cells were collected, and total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput sequencing on an Illumina platform. The resulting dataset enables differential expression analysis between control and knockdown conditions and provides a transcriptomic resource for investigating PARylation-related gene regulation in esophageal cancer cells. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed on TE13 human esophageal squamous carcinoma cells with control and PARylator knockdown conditions, each analyzed in 3 biological replicates, to assess transcriptomic changes.
