ChIP-seq profiling by Histone H3K9me3 antibody between Control and transplacental treated with 200 ppm dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) for 10 days in lung of neonatal male mice. Overall design: Male and female 10-week-old CD-1 mice were mated, and given 0 (Control) or 200 ppm DMA for 10 days in the drinking water at the 8 days after mating. After parturition, the offspring were sacrificed on postnatal day 0, and removed lungs. Control and DMA transplacental treatment. 10 control male mice, 10 DMA-treated male mice. Mixed 10 samples from each group.
