· Animal Strain: C57B6/J LysCreGATA6fl/fl, GATA6fl/fl WT-like or C57B6/J WT
· Number: 14 Mice
· Groups: 3 LysCreGATA6fl/fl, 4 GATA6fl/fl, all infarcted. 7 WT B6 mice receiving no surgery
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 2 post-infarction. Hearts were collected and analyzed via Flow Cytometry and qPCR.
