TechFlow Inc. Dataset

a 24-month (January 2022–December 2023) real-world workplace dataset from a mid-sized software company with 178 employees, collected under IRB approval with employee consent. It spans six data categories capturing the full employee lifecycle and interactions: (1) employee attributes (demographics, education, experience, role), (2) performance records (8,544 quarterly/KPI/360 entries), (3) project information (4,450 assignments with outcomes and teams), (4) skill records (1,856 unique skills from certifications, trainings, assessments), (5) collaboration events (~1.2M emails/meetings/code-reviews/co-authorship), and (6) career transitions (287 total, including promotions and lateral moves), alongside organization-level summaries such as department mix, tenure, and team size.
