K562 cells were perturbed with drug combinations for 12h in droplets. Subsequently cells were processed to generate libraries for RNA-Seq. Overall design: Small drug screens followed by RNA-Seq, with 16 combinatorial treatment conditions (small_scale_matrix). The barcoding scheme on the microfluidic pipeline was changed and therefore a total of six raw files (2x 3 replicates). For each replicate in the two screen, an additional separate control was performed called DMSO_[1-3]_dT or DMSO _[1-3]_BIO.
