Promoting the health and welfare of dairy cows (One Milk) to safeguard human and ecosystem health (One Health)

Despite its significance in human and veterinary medicine, research is scarce on the gene profile, strain-to-strain relationships, disease-host relationships, and host-pathogen interactions of S. aureus. We implemented genome-wide analyses in the present study to gain a more thorough understanding of these research issues by comparing S. aureus strains isolated from bovines and human-derived sequences from public databases.
