资源简介:

The text files contain data regarding the time-current characteristics of photodetectors comprised of a zirconium oxide (ZrO2) layer on top of a p-type silicon (Si) substrate. The thickness of the layer is approximately 5 nm. The bottom electrode of the device was made of aluminum, while the top contact consisted of tin indium oxide (ITO). During the measurement, the samples were illuminated with light pulses of the frequency specified in the filename. The light source used, whether a laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm or an LED with a wavelength of 940 nm, was also indicated in the filename. Additionally, if the sample was poled before the measurement, it is specified in the filename. One distinctive file, "ZrO2_TV_Remote.dat," contains data collected by the photodetector while illuminated with a conventional TV remote. The light spectra of the TV remote are available in the file named "TV_remote_spectra.dat". The wavelength of the maximum intensity is approximately 932 nm. The power of the light is approximately 2 mW, and the signal frequency is approximately 36 kHz. The remote operates under the standard RC5 protocol. This file provides specific information about the response of the photodetector to the signals emitted by a TV remote.
